The EverGreen Game
The game: Join a team racing wildfires and rising seas to cut their community's greenhouse gas emissions in half.  The game is based on Humboldt County, California with real numbers and climate projections.  There are still multiple ways to win, but the clock is ticking.

Why play?  With only 8 years left to cut climate pollution in half, we need all hands on deck. You have power in your community to change where your electricity comes from, how people get around, what gets built, and who benefits from climate investments. EverGreen is a fun way to try on local solutions and ways of selling them to your neighbors without running the risk of frying the planet.

Not just for locals:  EverGreen was created to engage Humboldt County residents in creating a Climate Action Plan  but our toolbox has solutions that work in any community.  Since players must come to consensus on the solutions that work best where they live, EverGreen creates different conversations wherever it is played.

There are 2 ways to play. Both are free.

Play with us around a real table.
If you live in Humboldt and can round up 4 players for tabletop game, we'll bring the game and a facilitator.
